CoachKit helps volunteer coaches plan fair lineups. Here's what that involves, in plain terms.

What we store

• Your sign-in email and name, from Google or the email link you used.
• What you enter for your teams: team names, players' names, positions, attendance, games and lineups, practice plans and messages you draft.
• Notes you send through the feedback form.

Please use first names and last initials for players. Don't enter birthdates, photos, or anything you wouldn't put on a printed lineup card.

Who can see it

Only coaches on a team can see that team's data. Coaches join only through an invite from the team's owner. Skill ratings are visible only to the team's coaches.

Services we use

• Google Cloud stores the data, in the United States, encrypted at rest.
• Firebase (Google) handles sign-in.
• Anthropic's Claude writes practice plans and messages and reads screenshots you upload. Screenshots aren't stored by CoachKit.

We don't sell data or show ads.

Deleting data

Team owners can delete a team and everything in it from the team's Settings. To delete your account, send us a note.
